If you decide to cancel your hosting account within 30 days of activation, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days. This guarantee applies to the following hosting services: Windows Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Offshore Hosting.

Refund Eligibility

• The 30-day refund policy is applicable only to the initial month of service activation.
• Refunds are not available for service renewals.
• Please renew your hosting service only if you are completely satisfied with our services.
• Domain registration, domain transfer, and domain renewal are non-refundable in accordance with ICANN regulations. We are unable to process refunds for these services.

Non-Refundable Services

• Dedicated Servers: All dedicated servers are non-refundable.
• Add-Ons: Add-ons such as WHM/cPanel licenses are non-refundable.
• VPS: All VPS whether unmanaged or managed, including associated licenses like cPanel/WHM or Softaculous, are non-refundable.
• Additional Add-Ons: All types of add-ons, including cPanel/WHM licenses, CloudLinux licenses, Softaculous licenses, and Litespeed Web Server licenses, are non-refundable.
• Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with our products are non-refundable.
